ICE-CREAM

As everybody knows, ice-cream is a mixture that is transformed into a solid but soft state by the simultaneous quick freezing and beating of the previously combined recipe of indispensable ingredients, and it is intended to be stored and consumed in such a state.

Home-made ice-cream is essentially made from raw materials such as milk, egg, sugar and fruit, along with semiprocessed products. These ingredients contain proteins, vitamins, fat, solids and water all substances that enormously influence the final result of the finished product. To make good ice-cream it is first necessary to use a selection of ingredients that are in a perfect state of preservation, but that is not all. The process of transformation of the mixture into the ice-cream is also important and requires care and an adequate choice of equipment.
