FACTS & FIGURES: SNOWY AND SMARTY KEEP THEIR PROMISES

Valmar Global's marketing strategy is essentially based on an honest technical description of each device in our series. These descriptions allow our clients to evaluate the specific features of our products and see what differentiates them from other competing products available on the market. This document is meant to highlight this marketing strategy and illustrate the advantages of Snowy batch-freezers and Smarty multifunctional devices. The tables that illustrate our test results have been made available to our clients, who, in addition to relying on our word, can be fully aware of the facts and figures. It is well known that Valmar's freezing concept is based on a brief churning cycle which increases the mixture's capacity to give up heat while simultaneously improving the scraping of the mixture, thus improving the blend before freezing which consequently improves the quality of the ice-cream that will eventually be scraped from the cylinder surface. A suitable power supply, a remarkable cooling performance on the cylinder surface, and the specially designed scraping blades are the main elements that constitute the Company's freezing strategy.
The result is a firm, creamy ice cream, with a stable structure (independent from its formula or recipe) that allows for immediate scooping onto a cone. The steady micro-crystals obtained through this process allow, if desired, the ice-cream to be displayed as "mountains" in trays which will resist collapse for a considerable period of time and will not require any further attention.
Snowy batch-freezers have a flexible productive capacity, the minimum liquid load is extremely modest depending on the model, and can be tripled or even quadrupled in its medium or maximum charge, allowing for any flavour to be available at any time. This is especially helpful when dealing with last minute requests.
Tests have been carried out with mixtures of all varieties, however, for the purposes of illustration the chart below indicates the results obtained using two standard mixtures: one is milk-based and the other water-based. These are two common mixtures that can be found in use by many ice-cream makers.
